A great time to recap. The collaborations between Kanye West and Katie Eary debut at Paris fashion Week 2012. The collection marked the musician's first step as a fashion designer. British designer Katie Eary worked with Kanye for only two season, reviews were diverse but it has definitely brought some freshness to the fashion scene. What happens when New York meets London? Up-sized pencil skirt, thick necklace with hoodie, and leather. They for sure had lots of fun mixing New York street with British chic. It was quite sad that Kanye decided not to continue with the line after two collections, especially seeing direction of today's high fashion cooperating with so much street elements. Rumour has it that there will more another project in line for the two, god knows what Kanye would surprise us with next.
