The Lauren Bagliore S/S 2013 Collection features her signature soft Italian jersey dresses that are draped into breathtaking pieces of wearable art. The collection features a muted color palette of soft neutrals mixed with graphic blacks and stark whites. Key pieces include Kimono jackets in Italian Ponte intermingled with inventive asymmetrical separates, wool tweeds formatted to create op art illusions and windbreaker nylons reinvented into tailored trenches and padded boleros. Many of the pieces featured are convertible by a variety of wrapping techniques and unique layering and can be easily worn both day and night.
“Dal Deserto All’Oasi” is being held at the loft photography warehouse Studio 122, at 7pm. Guests will be greeted with cocktails and hor d’oeuvres provided by downtownfood followed by a specialty beauty and nail bar provided by Butter Beauty Parlour. The fashion presentation will begin at 8pm followed by a unique opportunity to participate in a exclusive shopping event of Lauren Bagliore’s S/S2013 collection. Lauren will be staying after the show to personally style her guests, demonstrating the convertibility of her clothing and variety of looks achieved through layering pieces in her collection. A closing reception will follow the presentation and shopping event.
