2015 Motion Ball Shine Gala was a great success. Hosted by ET Canada's Rick Campanelli, more than 1000 young professionals joined together at Flames Central to celebrate the success of the Special Olympics Alberta athletes. SHINE is this year’s theme, it signifies the “spotlight on success; never a dull moment", and in essence, “the time to shine” explained Paul Horton, the director of YYC’s motionball Gala. The night's guests were all dressed in formal attire with a touch of metallic accessories to represent the theme of the night. In addition, guests had a chance to mingle and chat with Celebrity guests and Special Olympic athletes. I had the pleasure to meet some of them, and they are truly amazing. A big congratulations to the 6th annual Motion Ball Shine Gala, a night where everyone gathered to show their love and support for Canadian Special Olympians.
